1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive email notifications as your order moves through processing, quality review, packing, and shipment.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Available shipping methods and rates are presented at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Cold-Chain and Handling
Lyophilized research materials are shipped with protective packaging. Upon receipt, the purchaser is responsible for proper storage (typically refrigeration at 2–8°C) as described on each product page and batch Certificate of Analysis.
4. Restricted Destinations
We ship only to jurisdictions where the sale of research compounds to qualified laboratories is lawful. We do not ship to destinations where such compounds are prohibited. Orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Risk of Loss and Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.
6. International Orders
International purchasers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance requirements. PeptLife Global is not responsible for delays or seizures caused by customs authorities. Please confirm your country's import regulations before ordering.
7. Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly shipped items, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
