Research-Use Products
All products sold by PeptLife Global are supplied solely for laboratory and scientific research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Returns and refunds are evaluated under this research-use context.
Return Eligibility
Requests to return a product must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customers must contact PeptLife Global before returning any product — unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Products that have been opened, used, altered, contaminated, or damaged may not be eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs may be non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when applicable, unless otherwise determined by PeptLife Global.
Refund Process & Timing
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and payment processor. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
To request a return, refund, or order cancellation, contact our customer service team with your order number. Cancellation eligibility depends on the order’s current processing and shipping status; once an order has entered advanced fulfillment stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.
